And we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.

Engage with leads across multiple channels and platforms.

Prospect for new leads and identify potential customers.

Manage and organize leads within the CRM.

Follow up with prospects to drive sign-ups or book qualified meetings.

Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in the CRM.

Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

Track prospect engagement and follow-up activities.

Collaborate with the internal team regarding lead activity and outreach.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or cold calling
• Experience with outbound prospecting and lead engagement
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads
• Comfortable working with CRM and sales outreach platforms
• Goal-oriented and results-driven
• Technical Requirements: USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
