The Role
This is a rare opportunity to operate as a true extension of the founders and gain an inside view into how a high-growth company is built. You'll own the hardest problems, drive the highest-stakes decisions, and serve as a force multiplier across the entire business.
You're the person the founders turn to when a problem is ambiguous, important, and doesn't have a clear owner. One day you may be leading a strategic planning process; the next you're driving a company-wide initiative, preparing for a board meeting, or partnering with leaders to solve a critical challenge.
