Pave Bank is building the next generation of financial infrastructure, combining modern banking with secure and scalable operations. We are launching a paid Junior Operations Program to develop early-career talent and build a strong pipeline for future permanent roles.

• Program Overview
• The Junior Operations Program is a 3 month paid rotation designed for candidates with no prior professional experience
• . Participants will work closely with the Operations team, primarily supporting payment processing and operational workflows

. High-performing participants will be considered for permanent full-time roles at the end of the program.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in banking and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily payment processing and transaction monitoring
• Assist with operational checks, reconciliations, and internal controls
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support internal teams with operational and administrative tasks
• Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
• Learn and apply internal banking systems and operational processes

What We’re Looking For

• No prior work experience required
• Strong academic performance with a minimum
• GPA of 3.0
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills and comfort working with data
• Responsible, reliable, and process-oriented mindset
• Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills in both Georgian and English.
