Job Description:: Easy Street Capital is seeking an experienced Mortgage Documentation Manager to own the Company’s collateral, lien release, recording, and related post-closing functions across the full lifecycle of our residential mortgage loans — from loan sale and securitization through servicing, payoff, default, foreclosure, and REO.
This is a hands-on role for a mortgage professional with deep practical knowledge of collateral documentation, lien releases, title and recording requirements, and related processes. The ideal candidate can independently manage complex matters, work directly with attorneys, title companies, county recording offices, custodians, investors, and other third parties, and drive issues through resolution.
