Senior Auto Sales Executive – Outside Sales & Account Generation

Apple Leasing- Commercial division is seeking a self-motivated, high-energy automotive sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment. This role will focus heavily on outside sales — identifying, developing, and closing new B2B accounts while maintaining long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in automotive sales and/or commercial finance, a hunter mindset, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This is a commission-based role with a generous monthly draws.

Top performers earn in excess of $400k annually, while average earnings are approximately $140k

Key Responsibilities:

• · Proactively generate leads and develop new client accounts (fleet, individual, and commercial).
• · Conduct outside sales visits, attend networking events, and build relationships.
• · Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
• · Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools.
• · Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing account support post-sale.
• · Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• · Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and vehicle inventory.

Requirements:

• · 3+ years of proven success in auto sales and/or commercial equipment finance (retail, fleet, or commercial).
• · Demonstrated experience in outside sales or territory-based account generation.
• · Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal oriented.
• · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• · Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• · Ability to travel regionally as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• · Existing portfolio of automotive or fleet clients.
• · Experience with CRM systems.
• · Background in B2B or fleet vehicle leasing/sales is a plus.
