Gritt is an intelligent system that combines robotics and AI to build the infrastructure that pulls society forward. Gritt deploys via simple attachments to common equipment found on construction sites and autonomously performs labor-intensive tasks, verification, and planning. Gritt systems are already building critical infrastructure in the harshest outdoor environments, starting with large-scale solar. We work with heavy industrial robots, dense camera and LiDAR sensor arrays, and the kind of hardware that needs to be treated with care and precision. Our hardware shop is where the frontier work happens, and it only works when the space itself is in top shape.
The Role
We're looking for a full-time Facilities & Lab Technician to own the cleanliness, organization, and physical readiness of our hardware shop. This is a hands-on role for someone meticulous, reliable, and hungry to keep a space in top shape. We need a dedicated person who takes pride in the environment itself, keeps our tools and machines in good working order, and makes sure the basics never slip while supporting a highly technical team.
