What You’ll Do

• Provide
• 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, young adults, and/or families
• Conduct intakes, therapy sessions, and ongoing treatment planning
• Collaborate with our Clinical Director as needed for complex or crisis cases
• Complete documentation efficiently using built-in AI tools
• Customize your clinical preferences so we can match you with clients aligned to your expertise
• Manage your caseload so you're seeing as many clients as you want with a cadence that makes sense for your client
• Your Schedule & Caseload
• Minimum of 10 hours/week, with the option to build up to a full caseload
• Weekends and evenings are available but never required
• You choose the ages, conditions, and session types you want to work with

Qualifications

• Active associate license in Texas (LMFT, LCSW-A, or LPC-A)
• At least 500 supervision hours accumulated
• Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based treatment delivered via telehealth
• Experience with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and related conditions
• Enjoys autonomy and working in a supportive virtual environment
• Spanish bilingual is a plus
