Position Summary
Daniels Health is seeking an accomplished and visionary Director of Maintenance to lead the strategic direction of maintenance, asset reliability, facilities infrastructure, and operational equipment performance across our North American network. As a key member of the Operations Leadership Team, this role develops and executes enterprise-wide maintenance and reliability strategies that support operational excellence, safety, scalability, profitability, and long-term growth.
The Director will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Safety, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership to build and sustain world-class maintenance programs across multiple sites.
Strategic Leadership & Organizational Development
- Develop and execute the long-term maintenance and reliability roadmap.
- Establish enterprise maintenance standards, governance, SOPs and KPIs.
- Build high-performing maintenance teams through coaching, succession planning and leadership development.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on asset strategy, operational risk and infrastructure investments.
- Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, safety and continuous improvement.
