We are looking for an exceptional

Sales Director Professional Services EMEA who wants to build something meaningful, scale a high-growth business, and personally drive commercial success.

Through software licensing, distribution, training, partner enablement, and professional services, we help partners strengthen their capabilities, win more business, and deliver greater value to their customers.

As we continue to expand our Professional Services business across EMEA, we are looking for an experienced commercial leader who can combine strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution.

• In this role, you will:: Help evolve and Execute the Professional Services growth strategy across EMEA
• Lead, coach and inspire a regional team of 4 experienced sales professionals (and growing)
• Personally engage in strategic opportunities with the sales team and help close key deals with partners
• Build executive relationships with Microsoft partners and senior stakeholders
• Drive pipeline growth, forecasting discipline, and commercial excellence
• Work closely with Microsoft, Partner Success Managers, Marketing, and Delivery teams to create scalable growth
• Help partners accelerate adoption, transformation, and business growth through our professional services portfolio
• Report to the Global EVP of Professional Sales

This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from the sidelines. We are looking for a leader who enjoys building teams, creating structure, developing people, and still loves being directly involved in winning business. Someone who understands complex consultative sales and knows how to turn market opportunities into predictable growth. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, CRM, Business Applications, Professional Services, or the broader Microsoft ecosystem is required.

• What you bring: • 7+ years of B2B sales experience within IT, technology or Professional Services
• • 5+ years of sales leadership experience
• • Strong experience in consultative and solution based selling
• • Proven experience building and developing high performing sales teams
• • A strong track record in revenue growth, forecasting and pipeline management
• • Experience with complex sales cycles and senior decision makers
• • Experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, CRM or the Microsoft ecosystem is a must
• • Professional English communication skills

You will get the opportunity to work remotely, with occasional travel to conferences or team meetings, approximately one to three times per quarter.
