Business Development Manager

Position Summary

As the Business Development Manager, you will drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, securing high-value service and supply contracts, and managing key accounts. You will act as the vital link between our production operations and buyers, translating technical material specifications into strong commercial partnership s.

The Corporation's current main focus is the horticultural industry, but also provides services within the cryogenic insulation markets for construction and chemical industries.

• : Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract closing

• : Collaborate with clients’ plant managers, quality control teams, and engineers to align our product and service specifications with their production needs

• : Standardize, structure, and negotiate agreements, pricing models, and

logistics

Qualifications: Experience:

• Minimum of 3
• + years of successful B2B technical sales or business development experience, specifically within industrial minerals, aggregates, mining, or heavy chemical manufacturing
• Education: Formal education in Business or Fi nance

• Equivalent experience will also be considered in lieu of formal education
• Skills: Proven track record of negotiating commercial contracts and managing sales cycles
