The Marketing & Communications Manager will participate in the development of brand-genuine Marketing and Communications strategies for Blue Man Group. Their goal is to maximize revenue and occupancy, while controlling costs, through traditional advertising, PR, media planning/production, experiential marketing, promotions and market research. This position will guide the implementation of Marketing and PR strategies on behalf of the brand, while maintaining a favorable public image and respecting Blue Man Group brand standards.
The ideal candidate will be organized and have exceptional negotiation and presentation skills; they must also be able to handle ambiguous tasks while working under pressure and maintaining a professional demeanor.
