Allocate is building the operating system for private markets — wealth advisors and their clients use the platform to access, transact in, and manage private market investments. The platform supports 350+ advisory firms and 1,500+ GP relationships, with $5B+ in assets on the platform.
About The Role
As a Fund Operations Analyst, you will run the daily execution engine behind the 150+ funds on the Allocate platform. Capital call notices, wires and transfers, credit facility drawdowns, payment matching, expense reconciliation, and the records that everything else depends on.
As Allocate scales, the fund count on the platform is growing quickly, and we need to keep automating our processes to keep pace. You will learn the operational process, then work with the team and spearhead the efforts on how we can automate our workflows. This is a hands-on execution role with a build mandate attached, and you will be measured on two things. Did the work deliver a superb client experience, accurate and on time every time, and can the same team handle more funds this quarter than it could last quarter.
