We're looking for talented, high-performing, and passionate Board-Certified Physicians to join our growing network of telehealth clinicians through You Health Medical Groups.
This is an exciting ground-floor opportunity to become part of our physician team - a select group of clinicians who will help shape how we deliver care specifically in the peptides and longevity space.
It's a leadership-minded, startup-style role for physicians who want more than just a clinical position: you'll have a real hand in building the clinical protocols, patient experience, and care delivery as we grow.
In this role, you'll provide care for patients across a range of health concerns, with a particular focus on peptide therapy and diagnosing and treating hormone-related conditions
. You may also treat other health concerns as needed. Care may be delivered synchronously through video visits, asynchronously, or both.
We are currently seeking providers who hold
10 or more active state licenses
, or an active IMLC license.

Telehealth providers serving patients on the Hims & Hers platform are employed by You Health Medical Groups. Hims & Hers provides administrative support to You Health providers, allowing providers to concentrate on delivering top-notch patient care. Providers must reside in the continental US to access the Hims & Hers platform.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, synchronous and asynchronous care by assessing, screening, diagnosing, prescribing, and titrating medication for patients as necessary.
- Uphold unparalleled clinical patient care through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care on the platform.
- Adhere to Hims and Hers platform guidelines and policies and complete all required training.
- Embrace a ground-floor opportunity to shape a new clinical program, with a commitment to continuous learning and active, hands-on engagement.
Requirements:
- Medical Degree (MD/DO)
- Possess an unrestricted DEA license and have prescribed Schedule III controlled substances
- Board Certification in one or more of the following specialties: Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urology, Endocrinology, OB/GYN
- 1+ years of applicable experience in clinical practice, exclusive of orientation/training
- 1+ years of previous telehealth experience (synchronous telehealth experience is a strong plus)
- Actively licensed in more than 10 states
- Demonstrate curiosity, an open mind, and adaptability.
- Experience prescribing or familiarity with peptide therapies is a strong plus.
- Comfort practicing in an evolving treatment area.
- Strong diagnostic skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Comfortable providing care synchronously via video and asynchronously via chat
- No current or pending malpractice lawsuits, active state license in good standing
- Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients.
- Caring, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing high-quality patient care.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion.
Please Note: You Health is not able to consider Board-Eligible Physicians. Applicants must be Board-Certified.
