About the Role

We operate in a fast-moving, regulated, and ambiguous environment

. Compliance is not a support function here. It is directly tied to whether we can trade, onboard counterparties, and scale.

This role sits at the center of that.

You will

• help execute the operational layer of Compliance and Legal
• . That means running onboarding, tracking multiple parallel workstreams, and making sure nothing slips between Compliance, other internal departments and external counterparties.
• This is a hands-on execution role
• . You will not observe processes. You will run them, improve them, and fix them when they break.

Responsibilities

• Compliance triage
• : monitor communication channels, assist counterparties with onboarding, track onboarding status, manage initial and final stages, and allocate daily tasks
• Project management
• : manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on schedule
• Process and counterparty experience improvement
• : identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and help implement better workflows
• Research & analysis
• : gather data and prepare concise summaries or briefs for the CLO and senior compliance/legal stakeholders
• Meeting coordination
• : prepare agendas, facilitate meetings, record minutes, and track follow-ups
• Skills

• Must-haves
• At least 2 years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, finance, or similar role involving organisation and decision-making
• Alternatively, experience as a senior legal secretary or executive assistant in a high-performance environment
• Experience managing projects or coordinating complex workflows
• Comfort working with multiple stakeholders across functions
• Nice-to-haves
• Exposure to crypto, trading, or financial services
• Familiarity with project management frameworks
• (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
• Experience in client-facing or key account roles
• Experience with project management tools
• Experience with drafting emails, presentations, and reports
