, you’ll play a key role in turning vision into reality by partnering with customers to design, build, and launch solutions that drive real impact. You’ll lead multiple implementations, collaborate across teams, and help customers achieve their goals from day one. How you'll shape SaaS Implementations at Achievers:: Act as the project lead for multiple implementation projects concurrently
Scope, plan and manage progress against the plan (set up weekly meetings, manage deliverables/milestones, escalate risks and issues, propose new solutions to ensure project delivery)
- Translate client needs into technical/functional requirements of the platform
- Rapidly execute projects within 2-4 months from end to end
- Build and execute on communication plan to support program implementation and user adoption
Work cross functionally to effectively guide projects from concept to deployment with both internal Achievers resources and external client resources.
