Purpose of Job

This senior role is ideal for a leader with a proven track record of designing and delivering high-impact commercial strategies for top pharma clients. You’ll oversee complex initiatives, lead cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence in areas such as incentive compensation, commercial analytics, CRM enablement, and data strategy, ensuring measurable client success.
