Traction Wellness Group is hiring a Studio Manager for SweatHouz The Marina.
SweatHouz is the fastest-growing recovery franchise in the world — 100+ open locations and 300+ licenses sold — bringing contrast therapy (infrared sauna + cold plunge) to people through private suite experiences. Traction Wellness Group operates SweatHouz studios across five states, and we're still adding more.
A quick note before you read on. Most job posts are a list of duties. We wrote this one so the right person reads it and thinks "that's me," and everyone else saves us both some time.
The job, honestly
You run the studio from the floor, not a back office. Most of your week is the business itself — the team, the schedule, the numbers — but you'll also tour first-timers, close memberships, and coach your sales associates on their pitch, because that's how you know what's actually working. Then you look at the numbers and decide what this week needs in order to hit the monthly goals.
You are the standard. The team's energy, the state of the suites, the conversion rate on tours — within about 60 days, all of it looks like you.

The Studio Manager is the best salesperson and the best host in the building, not the person behind a door.
Sales targets make you flinch.
We love wellness too, but this studio has a monthly sales goals and a revenue target, and you'll be measured on both, every month.
You need your schedule handed to you.
You build the schedule, you keep the studio fully staffed, and when a Saturday shift goes uncovered, that's you. Peak hours include evenings and weekends.
You wait to be told.
If something's broken — a process, a pattern in the numbers, a suite that keeps getting missed — we expect you to have started fixing it before anyone asks.

What you'll own
Player/coach:
Lead by example on the SweatHouz sales and operating model. Welcome prospects, deliver a premium experience, and convert them into members — then teach your team to do it as well as you do.
The team:
Recruit, train, schedule, and manage a team of sales associates who hit monthly targets and take care of members. Fully staffed, always.
The studio:
Own cleanliness and consistency so every visit feels elevated, whether it's a member's first session or their hundredth.
The neighborhood:
The Marina runs, lifts, and recovers — Chestnut Street, Marina Green, Crissy Field, and a dozen gyms and studios within walking distance. You'll be out in it: partnerships, events, and the kind of relationships that fill a studio without an ad budget.
The leadership table:
Join a weekly leadership meeting with our other Studio Managers to review performance and build plans that actually get executed.

Where this goes
"Growth opportunities" is filler in most job ads. Here it's a track record: the person who built the Marina team grew into a portfolio-wide training and operations role across our studios. We're opening more locations, and we promote the people who prove it at one.
