This opportunity is open to N1–N3 Japanese speakers who are ready to join a fast-paced, international working environment. As a Operations Admin Associate, they will support day-to-day finance and operational activities, making sure transactions, records, and requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and within agreed service levels.

• What Will They Do?: Verifying, processing, and recording financial transactions and operational requests
• Maintaining accurate records, reports, and supporting documentation
• Investigating discrepancies and resolving exceptions with relevant stakeholders
• Responding to internal and external enquiries professionally and within established turnaround times
• Performing reconciliation and administrative activities to support operational accuracy
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on daily finance and operational activities
• Supporting back-office activities and continuous process improvement initiatives
• Contributing to team productivity, quality, and service performance targets
• Who Should You Refer?: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Have professional Japanese proficiency, ideally JLPT N1–N3
• Have English proficiency at CEFR B2 or above

Previous finance or accounting experience is a plus, but not required. Candidates with relevant academic backgrounds, internships, or transferable experience are also welcome to apply — we'll provide the necessary training to help them succeed in the role.

• Be comfortable handling high-volume transactions or operational tasks
• Have strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy under time-bound targets
• Have good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Be familiar with ERP, financial, or business operation systems — preferred
• Have experience in a BPO, shared services, or multinational environment — preferred
• Be willing to work on a rotating roster, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Be willing to work on-site in BSD and/or Jakarta
