Key Responsibilities: SLA Compliance

• Track and meet turnaround times for your assigned workflow. Prioritize tasks based on queue volume and urgency, and escalate at-risk items before they breach SLA.
• Accuracy
• Maintain a zero-tolerance standard for errors in transactions, tickets, or customer interactions and follow SOPs consistently to avoid rework.
• Depending on your referral background, their day-to-day may include: Finance Operations: invoicing, reconciliation, refunds, or payment processing
• GDS Ticketing: issuing, reissuing, voiding, or refunding airline tickets via Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
• Customer Support: handling inquiries and resolving cases via email, live chat, and phone
• Who Should You Refer?: Holds a Bachelor's degree in any major, or is a Vocational School graduate in Tourism Management.
• Has excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Has experience in at least one of the following: Finance Operations, GDS Ticketing, or multi-channel Customer Support.
• Is detail-oriented and able to deliver high-quality work under time-bound targets.
• Is comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment, including SLA and Quality Assurance (QA) scorecards.
• Has prior experience in a BPO, travel, or aviation environment (preferred).
• Is flexible to work shifts based on business needs.
• Is willing to work from either our BSD City (South Tangerang) or Harmoni (Central Jakarta) office.
