Junior Travel Consultant

Are you interested in becoming a Ticketing Associate and starting your journey in the exciting travel industry? If you have basic GDS knowledge and strong English communication skills, we’d love to get to know you!

Key Responsibilities: End-to-end ticketing processes (issue, reissue, refund, etc.)

• Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information.
• Keep productivity benchmark and accuracy as per team’s minimum standard
• Carefully follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform assigned tasks
• Ensure that all work is processed according to the team’s minimum standard
• Report any issues or system limitations to the direct supervisor
• Is this you?: Fresh graduate - Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major; vocational school graduates in tourism welcome to apply
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Prior knowledge in the travel industry and GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) would be beneficial
• Willingness to work at both Central Jakarta and BSD City
• Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts on a 24/7 schedule
