Matt Witkowicz
, Senior Director, Engineering at Teamworks. Our Inventory Management (IM) team is in the middle of a full re-platform of our IM product, rebuilding it from the ground up from an acquired system into a modern Teamworks product, and it's picking up speed fast.
I'm hiring our first-ever Engineering Manager for this team. You'll take over ownership of how this team plans, ships, and grows, bringing structure to day-to-day execution while giving a talented early-career team the coaching and technical guidance they need to keep accelerating. You'll also help shape how we support the team in Belfast, where this group is based and where in-person leadership will matter.
The Role
Own the IM V2 roadmap in close partnership with our Product Manager and GM of Operations, spanning both legacy IM support, net-new customer onboarding, and the ongoing migration to V2
