As our Senior People Operations Generalist
, you'll own programs that don't exist yet and improve the ones that do – spanning manager enablement, performance cycles, total rewards, and the connective tissue between People and Recruiting. This is a high-ownership role at a pivotal stage: you'll be shaping how the company grows, not just supporting it.
