Mission Project Lead at Quindar | LAYIQ

Active clearance or ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance; Top Secret/SCI eligibility preferred
3+ years of experience supporting software engineering, technical programs, mission operations, systems engineering, or a similar execution-focused environment
Experience working with software development teams and familiarity with iterative/Agile development practices
Experience with space systems, ground software, or U.S. Government programs preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Highly inquisitive and detail oriented; able to identify gaps, ask the right questions, and consistently drive open actions and blockers to closure
Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable coordinating across engineering, product, and program teams
ITAR REQUIREMENTS
To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
