PointOne is reinventing how law firms operate. We build infrastructure for the legal industry, powering timekeeping and billing systems used by law firms and government agencies. Our AI-powered timekeeper helps attorneys capture billable time automatically and provides rich insights that transform how legal work is managed. We're a venture-backed startup (Y Combinator, Bessemer, 8VC, General Catalyst) made up of software engineers (Jane Street, Google, Stanford, Princeton) and ex-attorneys.

To keep up with inbound customer demand, we're quickly scaling the team following a $16M Series A.

WHO YOU ARE

You have:

• 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth startup or a top agency
• A track record closing hard technical and go-to-market roles in competitive markets
• Comfort owning the entire funnel, from first outreach through offer negotiation
• A high degree of ownership and the ability to operate autonomously
• Strong written communication and a builder's instinct for creating process where none exists

• Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, go-to-market, and operations roles.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role, then build the interview plan to find it.
• Source and engage passive candidates, then guide them through a fast, high-signal process.
