About the Role
We're looking for a VP of Product to own the product, design, and commercial strategy that will define Perry Weather's next chapter. Reporting to the COO and sitting on the senior leadership team, this role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, hardware, data, and go-to-market – partnering closely with our Engineering team to turn a category-leading platform into a durable, multi-product business.
This is a builder's role. You'll set the roadmap, own pricing and packaging, ship alongside your team, and be accountable for the commercial outcome of everything we build – not just whether it launches. You'll bring expanded vision to our industry-leading platform and hardware devices, while growing a product organization that scales with the business.
