The Role:
This is the operational and sourcing engine behind our most critical hires. You'll carry pipelines across engineering, product, design, business operations, and GTM — finding the people who'll thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, then making sure every step after that runs clean.
This is also a unique seat with outsized product impact: you'll be the primary user of the Paraform platform itself. We've scaled to 120+ headcount by dogfooding Paraform, leveraging specialized recruiter networks to source elite talent — and you'll be right in the middle of that loop, working directly with our co-founders, leadership, and our engineering and product teams to shape the platform based on what you actually need day to day.
