We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to drive high-impact work across Growth, Core Product Flows, Incentives, and more. This is a high-ownership role. You will work end-to-end from problem framing to deployment and measurement, and you will help establish the foundations for how Paraform does experimentation, measurement, and applied ML.
Paraform sits at the intersection of a high-velocity marketplace and AI-native workflows. Your work will shape how we grow, how our core product performs, and how incentives drive behavior across recruiters and customers.
