Role Overview
Oscilar is hiring a Founding Growth Engineer to design and build the infrastructure that powers our revenue engine.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, data, growth, and GTM systems
. You will be responsible for building the systems that enable our team to identify high-propensity accounts, personalize outreach at scale, and drive measurable revenue growth.
This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on company growth. You will work closely with our Head of Growth and VP of Marketing
, and partner cross-functionally with AI Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Sales Leadership.
