Build infrastructure that makes every product team faster.
Data models, APIs, observability, CI/CD — pick the area, own it across the company.
Keep the rails on while we go multi-product.
Capacity, reliability, cost. Set the standards other teams build against.
Make foundational technical decisions.
What's the right shape for our data access layer when we're querying across calls, prospects, and accounts? How do we attribute infra cost to product teams cleanly?
Mentor others on the team.
Run code and design reviews, and pair on the hardest problems.
You might be a strong fit if: 5+ years of engineering experience, with depth in distributed systems, databases, or developer infrastructure. We don't care which exact stack.
Production experience scaling systems through real growth (10x, 100x), and the scars that come with it.
Strong opinions, held loosely, about what good developer experience looks like inside a fast-moving product team.
Comfortable being the engineer everyone else calls during an incident.
You make the rest of the team faster.
