From Maven AGI's posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
Maven AGI sits at the center of the hottest intersection in tech right now: AI and customer experience. While most "AI support" tools still focus on FAQs and deflection, Maven's agents actually do the work — autonomously interacting with customers, personalizing the conversation, and resolving complex issues, not just providing information.
That's not a soft ROI story. It's the most direct cost-displacement case in enterprise software today: real human work, replaced, at a fraction of the cost — not "savings if you use it well," but savings because the agent did the ticket instead of a person. That's the pitch you get to walk into every enterprise deal with.
Founded in 2023 by executives from HubSpot, Google, and Stripe, Maven builds conversational AI agents that don't just answer customers — they act: going into a customer's account, finding the actual problem, and fixing it, with no human required.
Customers like Dell, ServPro, HardRock, Tripadvisor, Clio, and Thumbtack rely on Maven, with independently verified results — customers report resolving 70–93% of interactions autonomously — and G2 has named Maven a High Performer and Best Meets Requirements across multiple categories this spring
Position Overview
As a Senior GTM Growth Engineer at Maven AGI, you will be accountable for generating qualified enterprise pipeline through systems you personally build and operate. You will turn account, customer, intent, and relationship signals into data products, agents, workflows, and measurable experiments that help Maven reach the right buyers at the right time.
You will own the full operating loop from idea and data through personalized action, CRM attribution, measurement, and iteration. The goal is simple: build systems that generate qualified meetings, improve meeting-to-opportunity conversion, and create pipeline that Sales accepts.
This is a hands-on builder role, not a CRM administration or campaign operations position. You will report to Will, with a dotted line to Eugene alongside Maven's Agentic Engineers. Will owns commercial priorities and business outcomes; Eugene will own the Agentic Engineering craft bar and technical development. We are hiring at the Senior level and may consider Staff scope for an exceptional software-heavy candidate.
Sales accepts qualified meetings generated by systems you built and operated.
Those meetings convert into opportunities at a healthy and improving rate.
Signal quality and personalization improve because each play has clear hypotheses, instrumentation, and feedback loops.
Sales and executive users trust the recommendations and use the workflows in their weekly operating rhythm.
The underlying systems remain reliable, observable, cost-conscious, and easy to improve as Maven's GTM motion evolves.
