The Lumber Manufactory (TLM) is seeking a skilled and experienced

Millwright to support maintenance and mechanical operations at our New Albany, MS facility. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety across the site. The Millwright will work closely with the Mill Manager, Maintenance Lead and engineering and production teams to minimize downtime and uphold operational standards.

This is a full-time, hourly position that plays a critical role in the reliability and success of TLM’s manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and execute equipment repairs, which includes reading blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings.
