Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and a strategic partner to the President & CEO and Board of Directors, providing vision, leadership, and oversight of the organization's financial operations, systems, and reporting.
The CFO will lead a team of approximately 15 employees across four departments — Finance and Accounting, Inventory, Organizational Excellence, and Technology and Data Reporting — and will play a central role in ensuring the financial infrastructure, controls, and reporting capabilities needed to support the organization's ambitious growth trajectory and mission impact.
