Sentient Motion is an AI growth company, part of Infinity Constellation. We help mid-market and enterprise companies grow sales, and we get paid on our performance.

Our product is an AI system a sales team runs its selling through. In a live meeting it builds the buyer's solution and business case on the spot, so a first conversation turns into a proposal the buyer helped shape. Between meetings it keeps every decision, workflow, artifact and result in one place, so the whole account is visible and nothing gets rebuilt by hand.

We don't hand a client software and walk away. A partner and a small AI team set the system up inside the client's business, sit with them while it embeds, and stay accountable for results. Each client works with a Customer Lead who owns the relationship, That is this role.

What You’ll Do

• Sell.
• Run live discovery sessions on the prospect’s own data. The working session is the proposal. They watch the system operate on their business before they sign.
• Set up.
• Configure the connectors and skill files that make the system theirs. Clients go live in 1-2 weeks, not months.
• Onboard.
• Work desk-side with the client’s team, building the habits that make the system stick.
• Imagine the work.
• Spot the tasks inside a client’s business that the AI team could own, including the ones nobody thinks to ask for, and turn them into running workflows.
• Drive adoption.
• Track usage per seat through day 89, when the client makes the continuation decision. That’s your number.
• Keep and grow.
• Quarterly desk-side sessions with your clients, free, forever. Expand seats, land referrals, grow your book.
• Compound.
• Feed transcripts, objections, and wins into our shared context layer weekly. Every client you run makes the next one easier to win.

• You work with a dedicated AI manager agent that handles the verifiable half of the job: account research, demo builds, follow-ups, ROI tracking. Your calendar is protected for the two things that genuinely need a human: the room and the desk-side. Our org design puts people in exactly two places: partners setting direction, and Customer Leads in the field. That’s you, with leverage no agency role has ever had.
• Who We’re Looking For 3+ years in product management, product marketing, customer-facing analytics, consulting, or digital services, ideally with a customer-centric, product-led growth background.
• Task imagination: You see the tasks hiding inside a client’s business that AI could own, often before the client does.
• Sells by demonstrating, not pitching: Can run a room on a prospect’s live data and think on their feet.
• Hands-on enough to configure the system yourself; relational enough to be trusted desk-side for years.
• Motivated by owning a number and a book of clients, not by managing a team.

For this position, the annual salary ranges by location are:

Tier 1 Total Compensation Range

$160,000 – $185,000 USD

This role offers uncapped earning potential, with compensation consisting of base salary and performance-based variable compensation. Equity is also included as part of the overall compensation package.

During the interview process, your Talent Acquisition Partner will confirm the compensation tier applicable to your location. For candidates outside the U.S., compensation is aligned with local market conditions and cost of living.

Total compensation is determined by factors such as location, relevant experience, skills, internal pay equity, and market conditions. While every offer is unique, our compensation philosophy is designed to ensure fairness, consistency, and competitiveness across Sentient.
