The Opportunity
Horizon3 is seeking a Partner Operations Manager, MSSP to build and manage the operational foundation supporting our MSSP, MSP, and Telco partners.
This hands-on role will own the processes, data, reporting, and cross-functional coordination required to improve partner onboarding, activation, consumption visibility, renewals, and recurring revenue. You will turn complex business requirements into scalable, measurable workflows across Channel, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Success.
The ideal candidate brings strong operational judgment, analytical rigor, and experience supporting service-provider or recurring-revenue business models. You are comfortable navigating complex partner and customer hierarchies, identifying gaps across systems and processes, and driving practical improvements from concept through execution.
What You'll Do
- Own MSSP, MSP, and Telco Operations
- Manage the partner lifecycle from onboarding and activation through expansion, renewal, and offboarding.
- Establish clear operating workflows for partner, parent-account, customer, tenant, subscriber, and end-user relationships.
- Coordinate licensing, provisioning, usage, consumption, billing, and recurring-revenue processes.
- Establish operating rules that distinguish service-provider relationships from traditional reseller and referral motions.
- Partner with Account Owners to monitor activation, adoption, and consumption and coordinate action plans for stalled or underutilized accounts.
- Maintain visibility into renewals, expansions, risks, ownership, and next actions.
- Build Visibility and Operational Scale
- Build reporting across active partners, managed customers, usage, recurring revenue, pipeline, and renewals.
- Translate business requirements into workflows, decision rules, SLAs, data requirements, dashboards, and system requirements.
- Partner with internal teams to improve Salesforce, PRM, provisioning, billing, and reporting workflows.
- Identify and implement process and automation improvements that reduce manual work, improve data quality, and strengthen the partner experience.
- Establish repeatable controls and operating rhythms that support accurate forecasting, clean ownership, and reliable partner and customer data.
- Lead Cross-Functional Execution
- Serve as the operational point of contact for MSSP and Telco requests, exceptions, and escalations.
- Manage intake, prioritization, cross-functional handoffs, and follow-through across internal teams.
- Communicate performance, risks, bottlenecks, and recommended actions to stakeholders and leadership.
- Facilitate recurring operating reviews that align Channel, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Success around partner performance and priorities.
What Success Looks Like
In Your First 90 Days, You Will
Learn
Horizon3
's MSSP and Telco models, systems, data, and partner relationships.
Assess current onboarding, provisioning, consumption, renewal, and reporting workflows.
Define partner and customer account hierarchies, ownership, and data requirements.
Document priority processes and establish an intake and escalation framework.
Launch a recurring MSSP and Telco operating review.
Recommend improvements to activation, consumption visibility, forecasting, data quality, and operational efficiency.
Over Time, You Will
Give stakeholders a reliable view of partner activity, customer relationships, consumption, recurring revenue, renewals, and risks.
Create clearer, more consistent operating rules for MSSP, MSP, and Telco motions.
Improve partner activation, adoption, renewal readiness, and expansion visibility.
Reduce manual work and process friction through better workflows, systems, reporting, and automation.
Help Global Partner Operations scale with greater predictability, accountability, and cross-functional alignment.
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Channel Operations, Partner Success, Revenue Operations, or a related function supporting MSSP, MSP, Telco, service-provider, or recurring-revenue business models.
- Understanding of consumption, recurring revenue, renewals, expansions, and partner economics.
- Experience managing complex partner and customer account hierarchies.
- Ability to turn ambiguous requirements into scalable processes, controls, SLAs, dashboards, and system requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
- Strong analytical, communication, project-management, and cross-functional stakeholder-management skills.
- A track record of building, documenting, and improving scalable operational processes.
- Comfort working across teams, resolving ambiguity, and driving execution without relying on direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MSSP, MSP, or Telco customer and tenant models.
- Experience with licensing, provisioning, billing, usage, or revenue-reconciliation workflows.
- Experience with PRM platforms, business-intelligence tools, workflow automation, or data-quality programs.
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, telecommunications, or another recurring-revenue technology environment.
- Experience launching operating reviews, partner-health reporting, or lifecycle management programs.
- Experience partnering with Finance, Legal, Product, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations on commercial and operational workflows.

In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:
The Base compensation range is $115,000–$136,000 annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.
Additional compensation: All full-time roles are eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options.
