As a Developer Experience Engineer at Clarity, you will build the tooling, workflows, and AI-enabled development practices that help every engineer move faster. You will treat Engineering as your customer, identify the highest-friction parts of the software development lifecycle, and ship practical improvements that make development simpler, faster, and more reliable. This is a high-ownership role for someone who loves building for builders and wants to shape how AI becomes part of day-to-day engineering work.
