You’ll be the talent magnet that powers our technical team. As our first technical recruiter, you'll construct our technical hiring engine from zero to hero.
What You'll Do
Architect our technical recruiting strategy
Partner with founders and leadership team to define and hunt for A+ engineering talent
Create a candidate experience so good, even rejected applicants become fans
Build scalable processes that can handle 10x growth
Source, screen, and close exceptional engineers when the stakes are highest
