As a Lead GTM Recruiter at Candid Health, you’ll work directly with our CCO and senior leadership to build our growing Sales and Marketing organization and define what best-in-class GTM recruiting looks like as we scale. Our team has more than doubled (~200) in the past 18 months, and we expect that momentum to continue this year and next. Your work will directly influence how we attract, hire, and build the teams driving that growth.
This is a high-impact role for someone who sees recruiting as more than pipeline management. You’ll operate as a strategic thought partner to the business: helping leaders calibrate talent and build top-of-funnel engines for critical hires. If you’re energized by ambiguity, excited to build from first principles, and motivated by the opportunity to raise the talent bar at a company in hypergrowth, this role is for you.
