Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Marketing hires
. From sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers, you’ll drive searches from kickoff to close while ensuring a seamless and thoughtful candidate experience.
Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership to understand hiring needs, align on search strategy, and keep searches moving efficiently.
Build and maintain high-quality top-of-funnel pipelines
. You’ll proactively source talent, engage passive candidates, and develop creative strategies to attract strong across a wide range of sales and marketing roles.
Help improve recruiting processes and execution.
You’ll proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve candidate quality, and help make our recruiting operations more effective as we scale.
Build strong relationships across the business
. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with the recruiting team, Hiring Managers, interviewers, and candidates to create a high-trust, best-in-class hiring process
Who You Are
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting Sales and Marketing hiring in a fast-growing environment.
Strong sourcing and organizational instincts.
You know how to build pipelines, stay organized across multiple searches, and maintain momentum throughout the hiring process.
Clear and thoughtful communicator
, with the ability to build high-trust relationships with candidates, teammates, and stakeholders at all levels.
Attentive to detail and execution-oriented
. You’re proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of candidate care and attention to detail
Comfortable with data
