About the company
Braintrust is the agent observability platform. By actively applying intelligence to agent traces and automatically surfacing the most critical patterns, Braintrust gives teams the visibility to understand how agents behave in production and the tools to improve them.
Teams at Notion, Stripe, Box, OpenAI, and Cloudflare use Braintrust to trace their agents, find the issues in their observability data, and run evals that tell them how to improve.
As the Head of Technical Solutions, you will build and lead Braintrust's post-sales function from the ground up — spanning Professional Services, Technical Account Management, and Technical Enablement. You will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing team dedicated to seamless customer onboarding, driving product adoption, and securing renewals.
You will operate with a business mindset, ensuring the technical solutions function is cost-neutral or profitable while maintaining a laser focus on Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Dollar Retention (NDR) as your primary success metrics.
