Job Summary
Liberty Behavioral Consulting is a BCBA-owned, in-home ABA company serving the East side of San Antonio. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This would be a part-time (less then 20 billable per week) or whatever minimum/ maximum you want with ability to grow if desired. Opportunity to grow into or start as a W-2 position as well.
In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. You will use evidence-based ABA practices to drive meaningful progress while maintaining a compassionate, family-centered approach to care.
