Reports to MS Principal
Overview
The MS Dean Associate is responsible for assisting and supporting the MS leaders with implementing the norms of conduct as they relate to the safety, behavior, and discipline of the students.
- Upholding Systems and Compliance
- Assists in upholding school expectations, clear systems for arrival, lunch, recess and dismissal in collaboration with the MS Principal and the dean team
- Supports in student transitions to help the school community travel safely throughout the hallways
- Documents and maintains organized databases and up to date student information on attendance, discipline, and records
