As a People Operations Launch Specialist
, you will help launch new Via deployments and take ownership of the People Operations work required to ensure our teams are ready for successful service launches. You will work cross-functionally across the business to bring together the people, processes, and systems required to stand up new operations. This is a fast-paced, highly cross-functional role that combines project management, problem-solving, and operational execution.
