Position Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Mental Health Professional for a full-time role as an Enrollment Clinician at our Watertown location.
The Enrollment Clinician is the first clinical point of contact for people interested in participating in our trials. In a single conversation, you'll build rapport with a prospective participant, conduct a diagnostic intake assessment, evaluate their candidacy against the criteria of every actively enrolling study, and — for those who are eligible — make a compelling case for the trial that fits them best and guide them into the screening process.
It's a role that asks you to be a skilled diagnostician and a persuasive communicator in the same breath, often within the span of an hour.
