- Practice: Assistive Care, Home Care
- Primary location: Scottsdale, AZ
- Territory: Phoenix metropolitan area
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with flexibility when after-hours client visits are needed
- Travel: Approximately 60–70% throughout the territory

BAYADA is seeking an organized, proactive, and compassionate Service Supervisor to support the delivery of exceptional in-home care throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. This role combines field leadership, client service, employee support, and strong operational coordination to help ensure that clients receive reliable, high-quality care in the comfort of their homes.
The Service Supervisor will oversee client visits, support and train Home Health Aides (HHAs), communicate closely with Case Managers, and help the office respond effectively to the needs of clients and employees. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful problem-solver who can see the bigger picture while staying attentive to the details that make a meaningful difference every day.
