The Manager, PAR Ecosystem Enablement is a senior cross-functional leadership role within the PAR Business team. This person will own and lead FF’s dealer/partner (FF Par) enablement function end-to-end — architecting the enablement strategy, building and scaling the program infrastructure, and driving measurable improvements in dealer readiness, productivity, and satisfaction.
Working at the intersection of business, legal, content, and multiple sales pillars, this role sets the direction for how FF equips and develops its external partner ecosystem.
This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role requiring strong program ownership, cross-functional influence, and excellent bilingual communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese. The ideal candidate brings proven experience leading multi-stakeholder programs in a B2B or channel context, and the ability to operate effectively at both the strategic and execution levels. Work location is El Segundo, CA; domestic and international travel may be required to support dealer engagements and partner events.
Compensation
($90,000-$105,000 DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
