What We Are Looking For
- We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer to help design, implement, and support our enterprise voice environment as we continue our strategic migration from
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) to Microsoft Teams Phone (Teams Voice).
This role will serve as a key technical resource for Microsoft Teams Voice, with a strong focus on Teams Phone architecture, Direct Routing, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), SIP, call routing, and enterprise voice services. The engineer will also work with our existing Cisco voice environment during the transition; however, deep Cisco CUCM expertise is not required.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on Microsoft Teams Voice experience, solid enterprise telephony and networking fundamentals, and experience implementing or supporting complex voice environments. Experience with Cisco CUCM and Cisco-to-Teams migrations is highly valued but considered a plus.
