What We Are Looking For
- Kinder Morgan has over 65 tax professionals working in its Houston office. The Partnership group has 16 professionals.
What You Will Do
- Prepare federal and state partnership income tax returns with special emphasis on gathering relevant data to prepare tax return work papers, analyzing tax sensitive general ledger accounts, and calculating and documenting book-tax differences.
- Prepare federal and state extensions and state estimated payments.
- Prepare state apportionment calculations.
- Prepare tax basis balance sheets.
- Prepare 263A Capitalized Interest and Capitalized Overhead calculations.
- Research federal and state tax technical issues.
