The retention specialist is responsible for managing a preassigned book of existing relationships and looking for ways to grow and retain the client base. This position is responsible for developing an understanding of every client or prospect's financial situation and making introductions to senior specialists and partners where suitable. The team works with Mass Affluent clients that have an existing investment relationship with First Citizens Investor Services (FCIS).
Partners with internal lines of business to increase new business while serving clients’ financial goals and needs.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Duties & Responsibilities: Sales - Promotes investment and securities products through sales outreach and calling efforts to mass affluent clients or prospects. Consults with clients and prospects to determine their financial needs. Provides a solution from the Bank’s offered products, or refers them to banking partners as appropriate.
