Overview
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. This role will be located in Charlotte or Raleigh, NC.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager, Marketing Delivery to support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is focused on day-to-day coordination, program delivery, and ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly and on time.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly proactive, and enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams to bring marketing plans to life.
Support campaign execution across channels including email, web, digital, events, and PR
Help gather assets, inputs, and approvals required for campaign launches
Support quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across marketing materials
Project Management & Operational Coordination
Manage timelines, trackers, and project documentation to keep programs organized and moving forward
Assist in translating marketing plans into task lists, timelines, and executional workflows
Track campaign deliverables and flag risks, delays, or dependencies to program leads
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
Coordinate with channel teams and internal partners to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and aligned to plans
Schedule and support project meetings, including capturing notes, action items, and follow-ups
Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed with regular updates on status and milestones
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
Compile basic performance metrics and reporting to support campaign reviews
Assist with post-campaign wrap-ups and documentation of key learnings
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
OR
High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Preferred Qualifications:
4 - 6 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or campaign execution
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and follow-through
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn across marketing disciplines
Agency and/or financial services experience is a plus
