As a Manager of Retail Banking at First Citizens Bank, you will manage sales for at least 6 branches and in select markets, Premier Relationship Bankers. This role will implement and manage staffing and sales activity plans to meet financial growth goals. You will drive accountability to the acquisition, expansion and retention of consumer and small business banking relationships. This position coaches associates to improve or enhance sales performance.
You may engage in outbound calling activities to generate new business opportunities. This position oversees the productive collaboration between sales associates, branch partners, and back office support groups.
**This position will cover the following locations: Barnwell, Bennettsville, Bishopville, Cheraw, Chesterfield, Orangeburg, Pageland, Summerton, Sumter. These locations are subject to change based on future realignment.
